The Committee on Roads and Transportation moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 55, striking the section title and inserting a new section title to read as follows:

“§17-4-55.  Sponsorship program for rest areas, welcome centers and roads.”

And,

On page 1, section 55, subsection (b), on line 7, striking the word “advertising” before the word “signs” and inserting the words “or plaques” after the word “signs”.

And,

            On page 1, section 55, subsection (d), on line 12, striking the word “net” following the word “All”.
